Shipping daily!

We are processing and fulfilling orders daily (Monday through Friday). If you order over the weedend, we will process the next business day.
Due to increases in orders, most orders are shipping within 2-3 business days. Our workflow is simple. Process order, send to warehouse, ship.
Our telephone hours have been reduced (usually between 8am until 12pm PST), if you don't reach us, we'll call you back! Just leave a message.

Q: Why is processing taking so long?
A: We are processing more orders than usual. This increase in work load just takes more time

Q: Why is shipping taking so long?
A: Mainly 4th class mail is the only service with any significant delays. Increased shipments all over the nation for various commodities is overwhelming the system.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes but only if it is not already in the warehouse queue or shipped. Otherwise you can refuse the order if you do not want it anymore.

Q: My order is stuck at the post office, can you reship?
A: Yes but, as a result of the known delays with 4th class mail, we need to wait the full 4 weeks before we can reship. We know it's difficult waiting so much longer than we are normally used to but IT WIL DELIVER!

Please be patient during these unprecidented times. We are all doing the best we can to get your items to you! Updates will be made to this FAQ as soon as new information becomes available.
